How it works

If you have successfully gain Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Registration, then you will be matched into a Nursing function, this could be within a Nursing Home or within one of the many NHS departments.

If you are a practicing Nurse in your home country and do not have Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) Registration, then as part of the enrolment process, you will be placed by Richmond Nurses Ltd for a term of three years as a Care Worker or Senior Care Worker, upon satisfactory practice within your placement, Richmond Nurses UK will support you to gain the necessary qualifications and registrations so that you can practice your profession within the UK in your profession.

Richmond Nurses Ltd will develop a training plan to ensure your future skills are enhanced to allow you to complete the NMC certification. After NMC certification this will enable you to progress your career within NHS Trusts or modify your career. Opportunities within the UK are vast. There is a great demand for care staff within the Health and social care sector and care practitioners are highly sought after due the shortage within the UK.

Our practitioners will be amongst thousands of people who have chosen to come to the UK with a view to long term settlement.

Based on our client’s needs, Richmond Nurses Ltd caters for the following professionals:
